Shipping policy

 

Thank you for your donation. Shipping is free in the United States. Fees apply to international shipments.

What to expect: 1) An immediate Donor-Confirmation email. 2) Within about a week or two you will receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email stating that KGLT Volunteers have shipped your items. 3) Within about 2-3 weeks your order will arrive. During our annual Fund Drive (mid April-May) orders may take longer (Lots of donations – Yay!).

Local Pick Up: Do you want to pick it up your gift at the station? At check out, select “Pick Up” (instead of shipping). KGLT volunteers are here to help you on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am to 4pm. We’re located in room 376 on the third floor of the Strand Union Building on the campus of MSU Bozeman. If those times are difficult for you, please email us and we can schedule an alternate pick up time, or…

If you change your mind about local pick up and want your items shipped, please email the station at biz@kglt.net with your order number, name, address, phone number and any order details you can provide. Don’t worry, we want you to be happy. Will let you know what’s going on and ship you your gifts.

We appreciate your patience. KGLT Volunteers and Staff fill orders a few times each week – most orders are filled within ten days. If it’s been more than three weeks and you’re worried about your order, please email the station at biz@kglt.net with your name, address, phone number and any order details you can provide. Don’t worry, we want you to be happy and will let you know what’s going on and find a solution to the problem.

RETURNS: KGLT thanks you for your donation. Our return policy is simple: We want you to be happy with your incentive gift. 

If you are not happy please return the item – can you complete it within about 30 days?

Please include a note with your name, shipping address, phone number and the problem and detailed solution (eg: I ordered the wrong size, please send the same item in an XL. OR I ordered a hoodie and got a t-shirt, please send an XL hoodie). 

If our stock allows an exchange, we will gladly swap out your item. If we are out of stock, we will call you to find a solution. 

KGLT does not offer refunds. All donations are final.
