Refund policy

KGLT thanks you for your donation. Our gift return policy is simple: We want you to be happy with your incentive gift.

If you are not happy with your gift, items can be exchanged – can you send it back within about 30 days or less? If our stock allows an exchange, we will gladly swap out your item. If we are out of stock, we will call you to find a solution.

To exchange your item, please package it up and include a note with your name, shipping address, phone number and the problem and detailed solution (eg: I ordered the wrong size, please send the same item in an XL. OR I ordered a hoodie and got a t-shirt, please send an XL hoodie).
